We offer StoreReady Enhanced Liability cover to help protect your belongings in storage, available at 60p per week for every £1,000 of declared value. Alternatively, you may arrange your own insurance. Please note this cover is not available for 24-hour access units, and you must arrange your own insurance arrangements. If StoreReady Enhanced Liability is not selected, your goods are stored at your own risk and our liability is limited. You are required to provide a full inventory and declared value of your goods, regardless of the cover chosen.
Where a free man and van is provided our liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to a maximum of £100.00 per customer. If you require additional transit cover, it can be provided at the rate of £60.00 per £10,000.00 of cover (on a “Replacement Value” basis). Minimum cover £10,000.00.
You have the option to pay an additional charge for extra staff to assist Our staff in loading and unloading. Where You decide to assist, You must be satisfied that You are physically capable of moving the items in question. We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury caused to You nor for any damage to the items moved jointly by You and Our staff. We reserve the right to complete the move if in the opinion of Our staff You are not capable of safely loading and unloading the goods.
